Festive Cocktail Preparation
Cherry Ice Cubes
Make festive ice cubes in advance. You can be creative with your ice cubes. For this recipe, I chose cranberries and cherry juice to complement the spirits and to act as mixer as for this cocktail.
- Place fresh or frozen cranberries in your ice cube tray (large sphere or square molds are best for this recipe)
- Top off with B.C. Cherry Juice.
Fig & Brandy Cocktail
- Place a cherry juice ice cube in a rocks glass
- Pour in Brandy and Figgy Liqueur
- Add cherry bitters
- Stir gently
- Garnish with an orange twist and a preserved B.C. cherry
*The legal drinking age in B.C. is 19. Please drink responsibly, in moderation, and always plan a safe ride home.
