Profile:
While they look like a raspberry, tayberries are a bit more tart and very flavourful!
About:
Tayberries are a cross between a raspberry and blackberry. They’re delicate and delicious but tend to tear and bruise easily when picked by hand. Tayberry season is often short. The berries ripen at once over a few short weeks in late July and early August.
