Chicories are found in southern areas of B.C. including the Kootenays, Okanagan, Thompson, Mainland, Vancouver Island, and Cariboo.

About:

Chicories are closely related to lettuces, but heartier and with a bitter edge. They’re best enjoyed sauteed, braised, and roasted.
