Made from mushrooms, tomatoes, kale, celery, and carrot trimmings. Combined with tender beef and barley to create a sumptuous soup. Celery and onions add lightness, (the mushrooms are savoury) and the barley adds a rich texture. Use within 42 days or put in the freezer. Heat-to-serve. From Goodly Foods.
