Hashberry Farms Haskap Berry Jam. Our jam is made from haskap berries, a dark blue berry with tiny, unnoticeable seeds. Our varieties of primarily Boreal Beauty, Beast and Blizzard have a tangy sweet, complex flavour, often likened to mixed berries, without the bitter flavour of older haskap berry profiles. The jam has a lovely pop of flavour which makes the health properties of very high levels of antioxidants, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, fibre, calcium and potassium
