On June 15, 2023, Food Pro brought together BC food and beverage industry leaders from around the province to explore the best ways to make food and beverage businesses thrive.

The Buy BC team set up a “retail-like” booth, which attracted a lot of interest from attendees. The team engaged with event participants and gave away many samples of Buy BC products.

The Honourable Pam Alexis outlined the work being done by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and emphasized the importance of food and beverage businesses in our province. Experts and industry pioneers shared their success stories and challenges related to food and beverage production in a series of informative talks.
