About:
Plums are grown in the Okanagan, Similkameen and Kootenay Valleys. They’re enjoyed fresh during the late summer months. Plums are often consumed on their own as a snack or with breakfast dishes, salads, chutneys, or jams. Plums are a great source of vitamins C and A along with various antioxidants.
