Kiwi can be enjoyed in smoothies, jams, syrups, and jellies, and are loaded with vitamins, fibre, and antioxidants!

Most Common Varieties:

  • Hayward kiwi (Actinidia deliciosa)
  • Golden kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis)
  • Zespri SunGold

Did you know?

  • B.C. is the only province in Canada where kiwi is commercially grown.
