A Buy BC partnership with the 2019 British Columbia Northern Exhibition (BCNE) fair in Prince George delivered on a local cooking demonstration and competition featuring B.C. ingredients. The BCNE has been held annually since 1912 to promote the significance and contribution of agriculture in the region.
