B.C. Strawberry Smoothie

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen B.C. strawberries or raspberries
  • 1 cup B.C. apple juice
  • 1 cup plain B.C. full-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp B.C. honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Measure all ingredients into a blender, and purée 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.
